Founder & CEO
Brandon Duxbury, MSc
Brandon is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FASE®, where he leads the development of a structured, football-specific sustainability framework focused on governance, financial resilience, and long-term operational integrity.
​
The framework is informed by postgraduate research recognised with a Global Research Excellence Award, forming the basis of FASE’s approach to integrating governance, environmental management, and stakeholder engagement within a single, coherent model.

He brings commercial and operational experience across regulated environments, with a focus on translating structured research into practical, evidence-based solutions for clubs and stakeholders.

Head of Research, Policy & Integrity
Sarthak Mondal, PhD
Sarthak leads research, policy, and standards development at FASE, ensuring the framework is grounded in robust academic evidence and aligned with the evolving governance landscape of football.

His work focuses on governance, financial sustainability, and institutional structures within sport, with particular emphasis on the role of regulation in shaping long-term stability.

He brings a combination of academic expertise and practical insight, supporting the development of structured, evidence-based approaches to sustainability and governance in professional football.​​​

Head of Financial Standards & Integrity
Hazel Venables, FCA
Hazel is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience, having qualified with KPMG and built a distinguished career across industry, finance, and consulting.
She brings deep expertise in financial governance, compliance, and advisory within complex organisational environments.
In addition to her professional practice, Hazel has lectured at leading academic institutions including UCFB and GIS, with a particular focus on football business and financial sustainability. Her work combines technical financial rigour with a strong understanding of the evolving economic landscape of the sport.

Legal, Policy & Governance Advisor
Ayush Ganapathy, LLB
Ayush is a governance and legal professional specialising in sport regulation, with an interdisciplinary background in law, sport management, and policy.

He focuses on regulatory compliance, financial sustainability, and the governance structures shaping modern football, including emerging markets such as India.
​
Admitted to the Bar Council of India, he brings experience in corporate and insolvency-related legal processes, with a focus on strengthening accountability, financial stability, and effective governance within football systems.

Head of Sustainability & Environmental Standards

FASE is expanding its sustainability and environmental function to support the continued development of its multi-pillar framework. This role will lead on environmental standards, working with football organisations to strengthen performance, align with emerging expectations, and deliver measurable long-term impact.

Head of Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
Strategic Appointment
FASE is expanding its partnerships and stakeholder engagement function to support the continued development of its multi-pillar framework. This role will lead FASE’s partnerships and stakeholder engagement strategy, working closely with football clubs, leagues, and industry bodies to support adoption of the FASE framework. The position will play a key role in driving collaboration, pilot programmes, and long-term commercial and strategic growth.
