Modern Slavery Statement

Last Updated: 1st February 2026

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by FASE Global Ltd to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its operations and supply chains.

FASE is committed to conducting its business ethically and responsibly, with respect for human rights.

1. Our business

FASE Global Ltd is an independent consultancy and framework provider operating within the professional football industry.

Our activities are primarily advisory, research, and assessment based. We do not operate complex supply chains and have a limited number of suppliers.

2. Our commitment

FASE has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.

We are committed to acting with integrity and transparency in all business relationships and to taking reasonable steps to ensure that modern slavery does not occur within our operations or supply chains.

3. Supply chains and risk assessment

FASE’s supply chains are limited and primarily relate to professional services, digital platforms, and administrative support.

Given the nature and scale of our operations, the risk of modern slavery within our business and supply chains is considered low. However, we recognise the importance of remaining vigilant.

4. Due diligence and controls

FASE seeks to mitigate risk by:

  • engaging with reputable suppliers and service providers

  • avoiding high-risk jurisdictions where reasonably practicable

  • addressing concerns if they are identified

  • reviewing supplier relationships as the business develops

5. Training and awareness

As the business grows, FASE will ensure that awareness of modern slavery risks and responsibilities forms part of its governance and operational considerations.

6. Review and future development

This statement will be reviewed periodically and updated as FASE grows, its activities expand, or regulatory expectations change.

7. Approval

This statement has been approved by the Director of FASE Global Ltd.
